- The client agrees to pay the total or half of the amount for the commissioned piece before or after the first sketch has been sent.- By paying for my commissions, the client may share, post, and display the artwork online or any social media platform (just credit me) or in person like having it printed in their room as a poster. They may also use it as reference.- If both me and the client are active in a particular community, I will allow for the client to post the artwork first before I post mine 6-24hrs later so they can have the attention first for the artwork they paid.- Clients can't sell, create merchandise, or otherwise profit directly from the commissioned artwork without my knowledge! 100%-200% will be added to the base price if the commissioner plans to sell them as merchandise or for commercial use.-If the payment is planned through PayPal, the client must cover the additional fee rate of the app. There are several calculators for PayPal's fees which are all easy to use!-If the payment is planned through Kofi, clients must cover both the additional rates of PayPal and the cuts Kofi will also take! Kofi will take only 5% of the base price.- Clients can't also claim authorship of the work and put it in any generative AI like ChatGpt or Grok.- My art won’t be allowed to be used as an NFT or any related scam with it.- The client is allowed to revise 2 times (After sketch & after rendering) Any more extra/massive revisions that is too late to the drawing will result in extra charges (+$5-$15)- I am allowed to refuse some commission request that I feel uncomfortable with.- I am allowed to post the commissioned piece (with a commission watermark of course) on my socials to advertise myself. The only exception will be made are for yumeships, the client will be asked if they wanted it to be shared or not.-If the artwork will be sent through discord, I will upload and share them through a Google drive link to ensure the highest quality of my work will be given to my client as discord compress images and I don't have discord nitro.- You will be refunded if I failed to deliver the artwork on time with no good reasoning or failing to tell you it will be delayed and are left in the dark for a long time with no updates (ie: 1-2 weeks without any updates or heads-up from me)
